Born in Jakarta to an Indonesian mother and Japanese father.
Moved to Japan when I was 3 years old. Since I was a child, I have lived my life feeling the difference between Indonesian and Japanese culture.
Until 2019, I had experience in sales at an IT company. Convinced that tempeh, which is eaten daily in Indonesia, will become popular in Japan, a country known for its fermentation, I has been working as a tempeh researcher since 2021. In the classroom, we offer home-style Indonesian cuisine that is easy to eat even for those who don't eat spicy food.
We are currently looking for sponsors to publish Japan's first tempeh recipe book!
